Ovalmere offer a variety of letting services, these include as follows: -

A Full Management service, which includes rent collection and property management for the Landlord, (Please note we do not take any fees until the rent has been collected).

A Rent Collection only service.

An Introduction Only service.

Block Management service (Flats for example).

Freehold Management at no cost to Freeholder (subject to lease).

Rent Warranties for the Landlord's meaning the rent can be guaranteed for a fixed fee subject to referencing of the tenant. POA.

Please note all applicants are fully referenced under the Right to Rent Scheme.

All Tenant deposits are protected by a regulated 'Tenancy Deposit Scheme'.

All Client's funds are protected by a regulated 'Client Money Protect Scheme'.
